Products & Services

The Neurodivergent Mum offers a combination of:

  • Digital resources
  • Downloadable products
  • Sensory products
  • Regulation products
  • Movement products
  • Everyday products
  • Other products designed to support neurodivergent individuals and families

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications and pricing.

However, colours, measurements, packaging and other product characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions.

Where a product is supplied or fulfilled by a third-party supplier, we may rely on information supplied by the manufacturer or supplier when preparing product listings.

Product Suitability

Our products are selected with neurodivergent individuals and families in mind.

However, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to neurodivergence.

A product that works well for one person may not be suitable for another.

It is your responsibility to consider whether a product is appropriate for your individual circumstances and to carefully review the product description, specifications, age recommendations, warnings and instructions before purchasing or using it.

For products involving movement, physical activity, suspension, climbing, jumping, weight-bearing or sensory input, please carefully follow all manufacturer instructions and safety requirements.

The information, products and digital resources available through The Neurodivergent Mum are provided for general informational and practical purposes.

They are not intended to provide:

Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you will generally receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including:

  • A product being unavailable
  • An obvious pricing or listing error
  • Supplier stock issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Technical errors
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling your order.

Nothing in this section affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.

We may offer payment methods including credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay or other payment providers available through our Shopify store.

Payment providers may have their own terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by a third-party payment provider.

  • Your product may be shipped directly from a supplier.
  • Products within the same order may arrive separately.
  • Different products may have different delivery timeframes.
  • You may receive separate tracking information.

Even where a product is fulfilled by a third-party supplier, your purchase is made through The Neurodivergent Mum.

We remain your point of contact for questions about your order.
