Choose the licence that's right for you
Our digital resources are created to support neurodivergent individuals, children, mums and families.
Because our resources may also be useful to professionals working with neurodivergent people, we offer different licence options for selected digital products.
Choosing the correct licence helps us protect the time, creativity and work that goes into creating our resources, while allowing professionals to use them appropriately in their work.
Personal Use Licence
For parents, carers and individuals
Our standard digital product price includes a Personal Use Licence.
This licence is designed for individuals and families who purchase a resource for their own personal or household use.
Your Personal Licence allows you to:
✓ Download the purchased resource
✓ Save the resource for your personal use
✓ Print the resource for yourself
✓ Print copies for use within your own household
✓ Use the resource with your own children or family members
Your Personal Licence does not allow you to:
✗ Resell the resource
✗ Give the digital file to other people
✗ Upload the resource to a website or online group
✗ Share download links
✗ Distribute copies outside your household
✗ Use the resource as part of a paid professional service
✗ Modify and sell the resource as your own
✗ Claim the resource or its content as your own work
Professional Use Licence
For professionals working with clients, students or families
Some of our digital resources may be available with a Professional Use Licence.
This may be suitable for professionals such as:
- Teachers
- Educators
- Childcare professionals
- Support workers
- Allied health professionals
- Occupational therapists
- Speech pathologists
- Psychologists and counsellors
- Disability support professionals
- Family support professionals
- Other professionals working with neurodivergent individuals and families
A Professional Use Licence gives you additional permission to use the specified resource as part of your professional work.
Your Professional Licence may allow you to:
✓ Download and save the resource
✓ Use the resource during professional sessions
✓ Use the resource with your own clients, students or families
✓ Print permitted copies for clients, students or families
✓ Display or use the resource during educational or professional activities
✓ Store the resource securely on your professional device
Your Professional Licence does not allow you to:
✗ Resell the resource
✗ Upload the resource publicly online
✗ Share the original digital file with other professionals who are not covered by your licence
✗ Give unrestricted access to the resource
✗ Claim the resource as your own
✗ Remove copyright or branding information
✗ Modify and sell the resource
✗ Create a competing product from our resource
✗ Include the resource in a paid membership or resource library unless specifically authorised
✗ Include the resource in a commercial product, course or program without written permission
School, Clinic & Organisation Licences
Need to use our resources across a team?
A standard Professional Use Licence is generally intended for one individual professional.
If you are purchasing a resource for use by multiple professionals within a:
- School
- Therapy practice
- Clinic
- Childcare centre
- Disability organisation
- Community organisation
- Business
- Government organisation
- Other larger organisation
you may require an Organisation Licence.
Organisation licences can be tailored according to your circumstances.

- A resource for a clinic or practice
- A larger number of client/student copies
- A resource included within an existing professional program

Commercial Use
Professional use and commercial use are not always the same thing.
A Professional Use Licence does not automatically give permission to incorporate our digital resources into something that you sell.
For example, you should contact us before using one of our resources as part of:
- A paid online course
- A membership
- A paid resource library
- A workshop
- A training program
- A commercial therapy program
- A coaching program
- Another digital product
- A product you intend to sell or distribute
We may be able to provide a separate commercial licence depending on your intended use.

Personal Use

Purchasing a digital product or licence from The Neurodivergent Mum does not transfer copyright or ownership of the resource to you.
All original content remains the intellectual property of The Neurodivergent Mum, unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase gives you permission to use the resource according to the licence you have purchased.
Please do not reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit our digital resources outside the permissions granted by your licence.
